Steve Robert is Chief of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at Cedars Sinai Guerin Children's. He focuses on teambuilding, mentoring, and programmatic growth.

Over the past decade, Dr. Robert has helped transform a community hospital–based PICU into a growing tertiary and quaternary academic program. During this time, the division has expanded and diversified its faculty, established new services including procedural sedation, pediatric interfacility transport, and pediatric palliative care, initiated an advanced practice provider team, and advanced research programs in simulation, data science, and genomics.

Dr. Robert is particularly interested in physician and advanced practice provider development, organizational strategy, education, and mentorship. He's committed to helping individuals and teams discover purpose and unlock talent to advance a shared mission on behalf of patients and families.
