Shannon Cotter, MS, LMFT, APCC, specializes in geriatric mental health and is the Elder Life Program Specialist for the Hospital Elder Life Program at CPMC.  She is currently working on 4Ms implementation in the acute care setting at Sutter Health CPMC Mission Bernal in hopes of becoming level II certified as an AFHS.
