I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. I have been employed by Sutter Health as a clinical social worker within the Care Coordination Department since 2000. During that time, I have had the opportunity to work in many different areas of the hospital, each with specific focuses and needs. In each of these areas, I have maintained a strong focus on patient advocacy, and providing appropriate quality services to the populations that Sutter serves.

I moved from direct patient care into a Supervisor position in April 2020. And, I have been in current role at Manager of Social Work at Sutter Roseville Medical Center since July 2022. 

During my time with Sutter Health I have been acted as the Vice -Chair of the Bioethics Committee at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento.

I was a member of the Inclusion Council.

I participated with the Clinical Pastoral Education program providing didactics on Bioethics.

I developed, implemented, and conducted 5150 competency training for the Social Work Department.

I participated in the establishment and implementation of the Palliative Care Team at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento.
