Description: 

This virtual grand rounds discussion will expand working knowledge of robotic heart surgery. This session will explore the latest evidence and best practices in identifying candidates for surgical mitral valve repair or replacement, with a focus on when to refer for intervention. Participants will gain insights into key selection criteria for robotic cardiac surgery, and learn about its advantages—including shorter recovery times—compared to traditional surgical approaches.
