Course Description:
This course will provide an overview of Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence- based intervention that uses acceptance and mindfulness strategies along with commitment and behavior change strategies to increase psychological flexibility.

• Describe the six core processes of Acceptance Commitment Therapy
• Identify two differences between ACT and CBT
