Session Description

Sutter Health nurses continue to demonstrate their passion for finding creative, evidence-based ways to promote health and healing. This one-day symposium is designed to engage and inform nurses in all roles and care settings with evidence-based, invigorating, useful, and actionable content.

The focus of this session is on Mentorship: Learning & Connecting. Everyone can benefit from mentorship!  In Part One, participants will learn about mentorship from both the mentor and mentee perspective – what it involves, expectations, best practices, and available resources. In Part Two, participants hear from an established mentor/mentee dyad about their experiences and how they both benefit from the relationship.
