The Leadership Academy is designed to develop healthcare leaders by equipping them with the skills needed to drive organizational success through effective team development, action-oriented decision-making, and leading change. This program is essential for aligning leadership capabilities with the organization's long-term goals, including Destination 2030, ensuring leaders can optimize performance, foster collaboration, and build a positive, engaging workplace culture. By closing critical leadership gaps, Leadership Academy supports the continued growth and success of both the organization and its employees.

Learning Objectives
After completing this activity, learners will be able to perform the following in each of the areas listed:
1.) Improve decision-making skills by applying structured frameworks to analyze a case, identify key issues, and make effective, data- and gut-informed, and timely decisions in complex situations.
2.) Present your Action Learning Challenge outcomes to ELT and receive constructive feedback to refine the approach and enhance future problem-solving and implementation strategies.
3.) Develop the ability to proactively anticipate and identify potential opportunities, risks, and challenges by analyzing trends, scenarios, and data, enabling strategic decision-making and agile responses in dynamic environments.
4.) Reflect on the outcomes and lessons learned from the first Action Learning Challenge, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.

6.) Evaluate and implement protective measures or to coordinate with risk services to safeguard assets, employees, and operations from physical threats.
7.) Enforce regulatory compliance principles, frameworks, and practices to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in operations.
8.) Analyze the case to understand operational disruptions and lessons for future leadership and planning.
9.) Learn cutting edge digital approaches.
10.) Gain insights into modern cybersecurity threats and strategies to stay vigilant against data breaches, cyberattacks, and system vulnerabilities.
