Description:
As part of the annual one-day Nursing Symposium, this peer-reviewed poster presentation is designed to engage and inform nurses in all roles and care settings with actionable content that highlights quality improvement programs being completed within Sutter Health. This presentation aims to help close the research-to-practice gap by proving the mechanism by which nurses throughout the organization can review the scholarship of their peers and collaborate on the implementation of practice changes.

Poster Review Instructions
The number of credits you earn depends on the number of posters you reviewed. Each participant will receive 1 credit for every 6 posters that they complete the reflective learning evaluation for, not exceeding 7 credits total, based on the number of posters that are available to view. YOU CAN REVIEW ANY POSTERS YOU WANT IN ANY ORDER, the numbering below is referring to the quantity of posters reviewed NOT specifying which to review.
Posters can be found through this link: https://sutterhealth.sharepoint.com/sites/MySutter/SitePages/Clinical/Nursing/RNSymposium.aspx. Once you click the link then select "Nursing Symposium Poster Entries" and then select sub category 2025 to access the posters.
