0697_SHSO_Navigating Levels of Care and Medical Complications in Eating Disorders_Live
Description:
Effectively treating patients with eating disorders requires a comprehensive understanding of the available Levels of Care (LOC) and the ability to match the appropriate level with the patient's medical and psychological presentation. Accurate assessment and placement are essential for optimizing treatment outcomes. Clinicians must also recognize the wide range of medical complications associated with eating disorders—many of which can be life-threatening or cause long-term physical damage. This educational program will equip the audience with the knowledge needed to assess risk, identify complications, and make informed decisions about the most appropriate treatment path.
