This presentation will be on Metabolic Psychiatry, which redefines mental illness through the lens of metabolic health. By examining the connections between brain energy metabolism, insulin resistance, inflammation, and psychiatric disorders, we will explore how metabolic dysfunction may underlie mental health. There will also be a major emphasis on how ketogenic therapy may help these disorders.
