This comprehensive, evidence-based conference brings together healthcare professionals from a wide range of disciplines to explore evidence-based strategies for improving health outcomes for all patients. Non-PAFMG / Non-Sutter Bay Medical Foundation Providers: You may register for the waitlist. We will notify you regarding availability within 30 days of the event.
