0775_PAFMG_Leader as Coach- Group Sessions 1, 2, and 3_2025_Live
Description:
The PAFMG Leader As Coach program is designed to provide leaders with a solid understanding of what leadership coaching is, why it is a critical leadership skill and the key skills needed to successfully coach your direct reports. Using videos, partner / small group exercises and real-life scenarios, participants will have the opportunity to practice the skills and increase their comfort level in applying them with their team members.
Overview of the 3 Sessions in the Application to Practice Series:
Session #1- Set personal development goals and define indicators of progress.
Session #2- Practice GROW model coaching in triads and identify necessary feedback.
Session #3- Conduct peer feedback on personal development goals and identify resources for further learning.
Enrollment Instructions
Please attend one session option from each group (Group 1, Group 2, and Group 3).
Although attending all sessions is not required, it is highly encouraged to gain the full benefit of the program.
Each group session is worth 1.5 CE hours, for a total of up to 4.5 CE hours if you attend all three group sessions in full.
After enrolling and starting the course, you will complete an Attendance Attestation, where you will check each session option you attended.
At the end of the course, when claiming credit, please only claim credit for the sessions and duration you attended.
Example: If you attended all three group sessions for their full duration, claim 4.5 CE hours total.
If you attended only one hour of two separate sessions, claim 2 CE hours total, and so forth.
