Healthcare providers face mental health and substance use challenges at rates significantly higher than the general population, yet these critical issues often remain hidden behind professional facades. This virtual grand rounds will equip healthcare professionals across all disciplines with essential knowledge and practical tools to recognize, address, and support colleagues experiencing these challenges.
