This clinician wellness retreat provides evidence-informed education and group coaching focused on awareness, nervous system regulation, and sustainable professional practice in healthcare. Through neuroscience-based teaching, mindfulness-informed experiential exercises, and reflective coaching activities, participants learn practical tools to manage stress, improve presence, and address professional challenges shaped by medical training and culture. Designed for physicians and APCs, the program emphasizes skill development applicable to clinical care and career sustainability.
