This 4-hour live webinar provides an interdisciplinary overview of the medical, psychological, and rehabilitation considerations involved in caring for patients with brain cancer across the continuum of care. Expert speakers will present evidence-informed approaches to optimizing functional outcomes, supporting the well-being of patients and their families, and guiding clinical decision-making in the acute rehabilitation setting. Participants will gain practical strategies to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration, improve patient-centered care, and promote quality of life for individuals living with brain cancer.

1. Describe key medical considerations and treatment pathways for patients with brain cancer across the care continuum
2. Recognize common neurologic, functional, and medical complications associated with brain cancer and its treatment
3. Identify indications for rehabilitation referral and appropriate timing for therapy services in patients with brain cancer
4. Explain the roles of interdisciplinary team members, including PT/OT, in optimizing outcomes for patients with brain cancer
5. Apply evidence-informed strategies to support functional recovery and quality of life in individuals with brain cancer.
