Description:
Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) is the gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for chronic insomnia. This presentation will focus on the behavioral interventions that are central to CBT-I, including practical strategies to improve sleep habits and address behaviors that contribute to insomnia.
