1104_ACE_Physician Faculty Learning from Teaching Credit 2027_Live_April 2027

April 1, 2027 to April 30, 2027

Description:

This course allows faculty to earn CE credit for the new learning they complete while preparing to teach. Credit is awarded only when a physician acquires new knowledge and then uses that learning during a teaching activity; not for the act of teaching alone. Per AMA guidelines, credit is calculated based on teaching time, using a 4:1 ratio (4 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for every 1 hour of teaching). Learning from Teaching credit is an acknowledgment of professional development, recognizing activities that enhance a physician’s knowledge, skills, and performance, not a reward or payment for teaching.
