Juan Carlos Piña is a program manager for the Sutter Health Institute for Advancing Health Equity. He holds a Master of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley with an emphasis on social drivers of health. Juan Carlos is passionate about grounding theory in practice to provide solutions to the communities that reflect his own. In his previous roles, Juan Carlos has led program evaluation and implementation projects that focus on behavioral health integration, immigration health, increasing access to higher education and multisector partnerships.
