She enjoys creating meaningful connections across the system by partnering on large system projects such as the origination of the administrative hub program and the oversight and management of the Ambulatory Growth Strategy (in which Sutter is opening 23 sites over several years). With 13 years of diverse experience at Sutter Health and as a graduate of Leadership Academy, Cat has built a solid foundation in cross-functional collaboration and strategic problem-solving that drive her patient first, people always approach. She is passionate about sharing knowledge and giving back by mentoring and empowering others to grow.
