My passion for nursing was sparked from an ankle injury requiring surgery when I was 17. From then on, I was passionate about the human body and wanted to be in a career that I could help people maintain their health and heal. I spent approximately 2 years in a telemetry unit followed by 2 years in a heavily cardiovascular surgical based ICU. Since 2021, I have been with Sutter and have shown and grown my leadership skills immensely. I now work as a clinical nurse educator where I get to share my knowledge with the colleagues that I worked alongside with.
