Laura Frazier is a dedicated Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) with over a decade of experience in pediatric critical care. Currently serving at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento, she focuses on improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and system-level leadership.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Pediatric CNS from California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2018. Over the course of ten years as a Clinical Nurse III in the Pediatric and Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Units at UC Davis Children’s Hospital, she developed advanced expertise in caring for children with congenital heart disease and led key initiatives in central line-associated bloodstream infection (CLABSI) prevention.

As a skilled Evidence-Based Practice Mentor, she brings clinical excellence and strategic insight to every facet of her work. Her professional mission is to elevate pediatric care by educating nurses, translating research into practice, and fostering innovation at both the bedside and the system level.
