Prior to Sutter, where Gena currently serves as a Program Manager IV under the Sutter Health Network, Gena was in entertainment marketing and events with a particular focus in In-theater marketing, Home Entertainment, Park Marketing, Retail Store Marketing and Premium Materials Ideation and Development with Technicolor Cinema Distribution serving Disney Studios as her primary client and providing support to Paramount Studios, Lionsgate Studios and Variety the Children's Charity. Once she joined Sutter in the Lean Improvement Department at the System office, her focus shifted away from entertainment to business process improvement both at the system level and at the front lines to improve the employee and patient experience.
