This two-day Leadership Summit will bring together healthcare professionals and leaders to explore timely topics at the intersection of innovation, policy, and team performance. Sessions will address the expanding role of artificial intelligence in medicine, the implications of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act on billing and reimbursement, and the importance of cross-service line collaboration to meet complex patient needs. In addition, participants will engage in discussions on inclusive leadership, psychological safety, team building, and conflict resolution, key drivers of effective, high-performing healthcare teams. Through a blend of knowledge-sharing and practical strategies, this summit is designed to equip clinicians, administrators, and leaders with the tools to navigate change, strengthen collaboration, and ultimately improve the quality of care and patient experience.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this learning activity, participants should be able to:
-Explain the key provisions of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and their intended impact on healthcare billing, reimbursement, and patient financial transparency.
-Identify strategies healthcare professionals and organizations can use to implement the Act’s requirements effectively, reduce administrative burden, and improve the patient billing experience.
-Describe the current and emerging applications of artificial intelligence in healthcare and their potential impact on clinical workflows and patient outcomes.
-Recognize the ethical, legal, and regulatory considerations associated with implementing AI in medical practice.
-Apply strategies for integrating AI tools to support, rather than replace, clinical judgment and enhance patient-centered care.
-Recognize how inclusive leadership practices can influence collaboration, communication, and quality of care in multidisciplinary workgroups.
-Apply strategies to foster psychological safety and inclusivity within healthcare teams to strengthen team effectiveness and patient outcomes.
-Appraise current strengths and opportunities in the area of Emotional Intelligence through an online assessment and create an actionable plan using the Emotional Intelligence strategies reviewed in the course.
-Apply trust-building and difficult conversation skills to increase the confidence, effectiveness, and outcome of conversations around performance, development, inclusion and process improvement
-Apply a foundational understanding of how habits and strategic planning work, how to create meaningful leadership habits, and create systems to sustain successful leadership practices that are tracked through self-reflection and accountability partners
-Understand how value-based care models and home-based services can improve outcomes for vulnerable populations.
-Explore how VBC programs and Sutter Care at Home (SCAH) integrate with broader system strategy.
-Identify opportunities to scale successful care models across divisions.
-Discuss challenges and strategic priorities within key service lines.
-Explore opportunities for cross-service line collaboration and integration.
-Gather input from clinician leaders on how service lines can better support frontline care and system goals.
-Identify strategies to strengthen team cohesion and enhance communication across clinical and administrative roles.
-Apply approaches for navigating conflict and delivering constructive, effective feedback in healthcare settings.
-Demonstrate tools and practices that foster psychological safety and support the development of high-performing teams.
-Examine how access to care, growth within the healthcare system can impact burnout, which in turn can affect patient care
-Develop strategic solutions that aid in professional growth and improvement in patient care
-Distinguish the challenges and opportunities in the current healthcare landscape
