David Pepper MD (retired) taught and practiced Full Spectrum Family Medicine first with Fresno County (Valley Medical Center) and then with Contra Costa County.  During the course of his career he delivered over 1,000 babies, did over 6,000 hours in the ER, did hospital Medicine for 15 years, and was involved in End of life care for hundreds of patients.  He also was on Faculty with UCSF (Dept of Family and Community Medicine) teaching as core faculty for over 20 years.  After retiring from full time Practice (2021) he returned to Graduate School in Psychedelic Medicine (CIIS, 2023) and works primarily consulting in End of Life.
