Description:
The Leadership Academy is a 10-month, cohort-based program designed to accelerate the growth of senior directors and vice presidents across Sutter Health. This immersive experience equips leaders with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to tackle the most complex organizational, operational, and clinical challenges across our system. The program aligns leadership development with Sutter’s long-term vision, including Destination 2030, ensuring our leaders are equipped with the critical skills prepared to optimize performance, champion innovation, and foster a culture of collaboration and engagement. Through a multi-modal approach to learning by a multitude of internal and external speakers with dynamic, system-level voices, this series combines interactive learning, Sutter Health-specific case studies, executive coaching, peer collaboration, and applied projects. Participants strengthen their ability to think system-wide, lead with agility, and drive meaningful, measurable results. Leadership Academy not only advances organizational excellence but also enhances the growth, resilience, and impact of every participant.
