Libby Chase, MSN, RN, ACM, is an experienced case management leader at Sutter Medical Center Sacramento. As Interim Supervisor, she drives operational efficiency, leads process‑improvement initiatives, and supports a team of 54 through workflow optimization, electronic system transitions, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Libby’s nursing foundation includes her early work as a Registered Nurse at Eskaton Care Center, where she served as a charge nurse, quality assurance, and led staff education and safety.  Her background also includes roles in clinical simulation at the university level, hospice volunteering and medical assistant. Libby holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from CSU Sacramento and is recognized for her leadership, innovation, and commitment to improving care coordination for diverse patient populations.
