I am the Senior Director overseeing the Adult ICU's, Medical, Neurosurgical, Cardiac and Cardiovascular Surgery.  I oversee the Cardiac Care Unit, the Progressive Care Unit and Emergency Services.  I also oversee the Float pool, Clinical Support, Staffing and Emergency Preparedness.  I have worked at Sutter for over 20 years.  I started my nursing career on our Neuro unit and then moved to the Emergency Department. I received my Master of Nursing, with an emphasis on Servant Leadership, from Grand Canyon University.
