Dr. Shashidhara received her Ph.D. in Applied Gerontology from the University of North Texas and her Masters in Bioethics and Medical Humanities from the University of South Florida. She is a Senior Clinical Bioethicist in Sutter Health's Program in Medicine and Human Values. Prior to joining PMHV in 2015, she served as a Clinical Ethicist and Coordinator for the Southern & Central Illinois Advisory Group for Ethics (SAGE) for Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, Illinois, and was Adjunct Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of North Texas.
