Description:
This clinician wellness retreat provides evidence-informed education and group coaching focused on awareness, nervous system regulation, and sustainable professional practice in healthcare. Through neuroscience-based teaching, mindfulness-informed experiential exercises, and reflective coaching activities, participants learn practical tools to manage stress, improve presence, and address professional challenges shaped by medical training and culture. Designed for physicians and APCs, the program emphasizes skill development applicable to clinical care and career sustainability.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
• Describe how intentions, values, and cultural conditioning shape behavior, communication, and burnout in medicine.
• Explain the mechanisms underlying mindfulness, self-compassion, and physiologic stress recovery.
• Identify cognitive and cultural patterns in medical training and practice that contribute to distress, perfectionism, and self-judgment.
• Apply mindfulness and physiologic regulation strategies to navigate high-stress clinical and interpersonal situations.
• Implement personalized strategies to support resilience, well-being, and sustainable clinical practice.
