Description:
This educational event equips care team members with a stronger understanding of how to align system priorities with meaningful improvements in day-to-day clinical practice. Through real-world examples of expanded MD/APC collaboration, participants will examine how team-based models enhance access, streamline care delivery, and meet growing community needs while improving patient flow and outcomes. The program also integrates addiction medicine and the neuropsychology of stress, building skills in stigma-free, evidence-based substance use care alongside practical strategies to recognize burnout, strengthen resilience, and sustain high-quality, patient-centered care in fast-paced clinical settings.
