Tiffany J. Caster was most recently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at St. Mary's Medical Center and Saint Francis Memorial Hospital. With more than 14 years of experience in healthcare administration, Tiffany is a decisive, mission focused, high-integrity leader with a transformational vision for delivering healthcare. 

Tiffany began her career in hospital administration at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and subsequently held various administration and leadership roles at Sutter Health from 2010-2021. While at Sutter Health she led the Valley Area Transfer Center, oversaw air and ground transport, and was responsible for integrating a 9-hospital region. She joined the Dignity Health team at Saint Francis Memorial Hospital and St. Mary's Medical Center as the COO in 2021.

Tiffany received her Bachelor's in Economics and Media Studies from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon and her Masters of Health Administration from University of Southern California, Los Angeles. She has held many volunteer roles in her community over the years, is an ACHE fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of CAHL's Justice Equity Diversity and Inclusion committee.
