Description: 

This live, simulation-based training program equips interdisciplinary clinical teams with advanced pediatric emergency care skills through hands-on procedural practice, case-based discussion, and immersive simulation. Participants will strengthen their ability to recognize early signs of pediatric deterioration, implement evidence-based stabilization and resuscitation interventions, and apply crisis resource management strategies to improve teamwork and pediatric patient outcomes in high-acuity situations.

2. Initiate evidence-based stabilization and resuscitation strategies for pediatric patients presenting with shock, respiratory distress, or extremis.

3. Practice core pediatric emergency procedural skills including airway management, vascular access, and defibrillation.

4. Apply crisis resource management principles and effective team communication during pediatric resuscitation through simulation-based learning.
