Dr. Olena Svetlov is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a 19-year distinguished career in critical care. Her specialties include hemodynamics, implementing evidence-based strategies for delirium prevention in the ICU, and the safe application of AI in nursing.

A frequent international speaker, Dr. Svetlov has led teams to achieve Gold/Silver and Bronze Beacon Awards and spearheaded a regional Mobile ECMO program. She is the recipient of the 2022 AACN Circle of Excellence Award and the NICHE–ABIM Foundation Choosing Wisely® Trailblazer Award for her work on delirium reduction. In 2026, was inducted as a Fellow of Critical Care Medicine (FCCM), received Clinical Excellence Award from ANA/C 2026.

Dr. Svetlov is also recognized for developing global health initiatives, including "Stop the Bleed" training and the TacticMedAid mobile app for civilians and military in Ukraine.
