Jason Karim-Baker is a conflict management specialist, organizational ombuds, mediator, and former medical ethicist with extensive experience helping professionals navigate difficult conversations and complex workplace dynamics. He currently serves as an ombuds with MWI for Sutter Health and leads workplace conflict-resolution services for the U.S. Department of the Interior. Jason previously served in ombuds roles at UC Davis Health and the National Institutes of Health. Jason is a Certified Organizational Ombuds Practitioner and holds a master’s degree in the History and Philosophy of Science and Medicine.
