This interactive session equips educators, faculty, residents, and interprofessional team members with practical strategies to recognize, de-escalate, and manage workplace conflict constructively. Participants will learn a structured approach to conflict management, explore communication techniques that foster understanding and collaboration, and practice applying conflict competence skills to common challenges encountered in graduate medical education settings.
