Tiffany Dutra, MSN, RN, TCRN, CEN is the Director of Trauma Services at Sutter Health Eden Medical Center, a Level II ACS-Verified Trauma Center. With more than 14 years of progressive experience in trauma and emergency care, Tiffany has served in a variety of clinical and leadership roles, including Trauma Nurse, Relief Charge Nurse, Trauma Performance Improvement Nurse, and Trauma Program Leader.

Throughout her 13-year emergency nursing career, Tiffany gained extensive experience caring for critically injured patients and leading multidisciplinary trauma resuscitations. She later transitioned into trauma program leadership, focusing on performance improvement, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, trauma education, and system-level process improvement.

As Director of Trauma Services, Tiffany oversees trauma program operations, performance improvement, trauma registry, injury prevention, and trauma education. She is passionate about strengthening trauma systems through collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and professional development. Through education and mentorship, she is dedicated to improving outcomes for injured patients and advancing trauma care across the continuum.
