Joey is a seasoned healthcare leader with over a decade of progressive experience in clinical operations, program administration, and strategic project management across major health systems in California. He currently serves as Program Manager for Population Health Services at Sutter Health, where he leads high-impact initiatives focused on value-based care, complex care management, and predictive analytics to improve population health outcomes.

Joey holds a Master of Public Health from the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine,  with a concentration in Global Community Health and Behavioral Sciences. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Medical Anthropology from Saint Mary’s College of California.
