Carole has been with Sutter for 6-years, and  is currently the System Director for the Experience of Care Team.  Carole joined Sutter Health as a Sr. Lean Consultant in the Sutter Improvement System, supporting strategic acute care initiatives and improvement committees.  Carole has more than 15- years’ experience in healthcare strategy, change management and improvement as a Director and Senior Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, Partnership HealthPlan and American Medical Response. Carole has developed curriculum and held adjunct faculty positions in undergraduate and graduate business and emergency services programs for the California State and University of California systems.  She has a Master’s in Human Resource and Organization Development, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, her certifications include Juran Institute Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Prosci Change Practitioner. Carole is an identical twin, avid traveler, she lives and enjoys being a foodie in Napa, California.
