Graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts in History of Western Civilization as well as a minor in Human Biology. Completed Medical School at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. Graduated from residency at St. Mary's Medical Center in San Francisco, receiving the Florence Howe Outstanding Resident Award as a Chief Resident. Completed a fellowship in Joint Reconstruction Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital.
