Mandi holds a Bachelor of Science from California State University, Chico, and is pursuing a Master of Science in Government Law and Policy. She is passionate about driving change in health promotion, healthcare delivery, and advancing health and race equity, with a personal dedication to advocate for underserved and disadvantaged populations.
