Chelsea Driscoll is Chief over the Public Policy & Prevention Division within CHCQ. She has served in various positions within the Center for Health Care Quality beginning in 2010. Prior to joining CHCQ, Chelsea worked at the Department of Social Services in various roles including program policy development, government and legislative affairs and development of the local assistance budget. She has over 20 years of experience in legislative and public policy development in a variety of policy areas including, health care, social services and public safety.

Chelsea is also the acting Deputy Director of CHCQ as of October 2024.
