Elayna Eubanks is a Patient Experience Consultant with the Bay Experience of Care team. She has been in this role for 4 months but has been with Sutter Health for over nine years. She helps to support the Greater East Bay divisions in Experience of Care initiatives.  She previously spent seven years within Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation’s Quality & Patient Safety department, leading projects like the Health Equity Champion Project and Ambulatory Regulatory Readiness rounding.
