Rose Alameda is the Manager of Experience of Care supporting the East Bay Division. She has been with Sutter Health for 20 years. In her current position, she manages the Patient & Provider Advocacy program ensuring that patients and their family’s grievances, complaints and compliments are addressed timely and appropriately.
