Javier has been with Sutter Health for 10+ years and brings with him a background in ancillary acute care hospital operations, patient throughput strategies, system level project management and change management methodology. He has a strong passion for improving patient care at all levels of the organization and is proud of the fact that the employees are just as much patients within the organizations as the general population and strongly advocates for patient transparency and quality experience.
