Frank Khan, MAS, MBA, CPPS, CPHQ, HACP

Frank Khan has over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience ranging from the acute care, ambulatory care, and corporate settings. He is a former board member of the Northern California Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) – California Association of Healthcare Leaders (CAHL) and has received various awards for her service in connecting graduate students to industry leaders. Frank is a Certified Change Management Practitioner (PROCI), a Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS), a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), and a Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional (HACP). Frank is a certified trainer/facilitator in high reliability/patient safety, 5Dynamics, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI). He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco, and a Masters in Applied Science in Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality from The Johns Hopkins University.
