Ellie Hubbard, Certified Patient Experience Professional

Ellie Hubbard started her career at Sutter Health in 2010. She has worked in many roles throughout the organization from PSR to her current role as a manager for the system level Experience of Care team. In her current, she is responsible for supporting the patient family advisor program and rounding efforts across all patient care environments. Amongst her many accomplishments, in 2022, Ellie became a Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP), spearheaded the Sutter Patient Feedback Form, and more. Recently Ellie has been chosen to present a poster at the 2023 Beryl Institute Patient Experience Conference and a co-facilitated Beryl Institute Webinar focusing on “Unexpected Heroes” in healthcare.
