Therese is a Nurse Leader with over 20 years of experience with a large integrated health system in California. As the Director of Quality and Patient Safety for Sutter Health, she leads a team that focuses on improving outcomes through a high reliability framework, Sutter Safe Care. Partnering
 with other system leaders, operating units, affiliate clinical leaders and medical staff to deploy Sutter Safe Care and embed it in process improvement plans, has proved to make Sutter the provider of choice to give and receive care.
