Hollie Seeley joined Sutter Health in March 2024 as Chief Executive Officer of Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento. She has quickly driven transformative growth, demonstrating exceptional leadership in employee engagement, patient care and operational excellence. Under her leadership, the hospital achieved a remarkable 90% satisfaction rate as a recommended workplace, 78^th percentile for patient satisfaction, and earned an 'A' grade from Leapfrog for safety and quality. These results earned Seeley recognition as New Leader of the Year at Sutter Health and led her team to win the A-Team Award for Patient Impact.

Before joining Sutter Health, Seeley served as President and CEO at North Suburban Medical Center in Thornton, Colorado. There, she led a 157-bed acute care hospital, two freestanding emergency departments, and AirLife Denver, an air medical transport service. Under her leadership, North Suburban experienced service line development, substantial volume growth, and improved employee and physician engagement.

She also served as Chief Operating Officer and interim CEO at Rose Medical Center, a 422-bed hospital in Denver. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she navigated the hospital through significant challenges, achieving service line growth, physician recruitment, and overseeing major capital and construction projects.

Her healthcare career spans over 30 years, including nearly 20 years in emergency and trauma services as a registered nurse and flight nurse. Seeley’s clinical expertise is a cornerstone of her leadership and serves as a testament to her dedication to delivering patient-centered care—an embodiment of Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento's core values.

Seeley holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and a Master of Business in Administration from the University of Colorado Denver. She is graduate of HCA Healthcare’s Executive Development Program in Nashville, Tennessee. In 2022, she was named one of the Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Business by the Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce.

Seeley is married and has two children, Amelia and Foster. She is a 10-time marathon runner and enjoys traveling and cooking.
