Cassandra Pingol is a passionate learner and educator. Hired as a new graduate nurse herself, she takes pride in her role as the Sutter Mills Peninsula Medical Center's New Graduate Nurse Residency Program coordinator and sees it as a full circle moment. Having professionally transitioned from a clinical nurse taking the roles of preceptor and charge nurse, to being a region clinical nurse educator, then to her current role, she sees the educator role as an inspiration for growth, excellence and lifelong curiosity.
