I am passionate about education and providing support to our clinical staff and our many students. I wear many hats, one of which is facilitating new hire orientation for all clinical staff and providing them with the WOW experience. I teach clinical skills, workplace violence prevention, and Cardiac Monitoring/ EKG classes. I also plan and coordinate the annual hospital wide skills fair and support other special projects. I am also the student placement coordinator and work with placing student nurses for their clinical experiences and supporting throughout their clinicals at SMCS.
